'Impressive Views” from this 11th-floor three-bedroom, two- and one-half bath condo at the newly renovated Mustang Towers Condos.
Step inside the Bayside entrance; to your left is BD1) this room is complete with two full-size beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a small chest for clothes, a closet, and a TV with Spectrum cable.
Down the hall to the right is BD2) it has a set of twin-size bunk beds, a full-size bed, a nightstand, a small chest, a closet, and a tv with Spectrum cable.
Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom; it has a tiled tub/shower combo and a quartz vanity with a drop-in sink.
Down the hall to the right is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use while you are staying with us.
Across the hall to the left is the half bath. The kitchen on the right has everything you need to create an excellent meal.
All stainless-steel appliances, including a regular drip, and a Keurig coffee maker.
The open concept living/dining area is next, with an ample size dining table, seating for six, with two extra bar stools in the kitchen bar area.
The living area has a very snug sofa, two large-sized chairs, a TV with Spectrum cable, and an electric fireplace for heat and a cozy ambiance.
The Master bedroom is next with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, and a TV with Spectrum cable.
The ensuite full bath has a specialty walk-in tub, a handheld shower, and granite countertops with a sink. The master also has glass sliding doors to the balcony outside, as well as the living area.
Sit out here and enjoy the gorgeous view of the beach, and the Gulf of Mexico, as it spreads out to the horizon.

There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
