The front check in staff was amazing. I made it in early and they let me swim and sit in the hot tub (which both were very warm), till my room was ready.. very friendly and helpful..Room was very clean. I will definitely be staying here again. Breakfast was, waffles, eggs and sausage..juice and coffee.. Only thing that could have been added, was there needs to be a container with water to drink, in the breakfast room. I love my water and there was none available to drink at breakfast.

Convenient location, enjoyed the hot tub, close to Toby Amos Beach, and the huge alligator in the canal outside my room was super fun to photograph and saw so many in town coming to look at it. The only issue in the room was the toaster oven set off the fire alarm and I felt the fridge could've run colder. Bed was comfortable and room very well designed and extremely cozy. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back!

Stayed the weekend with my family. Couldn’t use the pool or hottub due to over crowding of intoxicated individuals. It was loud with intoxicated individuals partying all night, I had to call the front desk twice and eventually the police due to be threatened by another (intoxicated) guest. I had to have our room serviced twice due to the bedding smelling like urine (even after they changed it once) breakfast was less than desirable, breakfast area not stocked or cleaned from previous days use. I wouldn’t recommend a family getaway here. It seemed like it was all about the party. Super disappointed to have chosen this location for a weekend getaway with my kids. Won’t be returning and probably shouldn’t be listed on Expedia, it doesn’t really reflect well. I’ve never had such a poor experience with an Expedia reservation.
