WELCOME TO BEACH DREAMS!
Our home has a beachy, cozy, and relaxing vacation vibe!
- 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Key West style townhome located at the Marquesas complex
-Each room has a TV, DVD player, and Roku
-Washer and dryer is available for your use inside the unit
-Beach Towels, chairs, and beach toys are available for your use
-The kitchen is fully stocked w/all the dishes and utensils you will need if you choose to cook while on vacation. There are also range of restaurant choices from Seafood Shushi, Hamburgers, Italian, pizza, Bar-b-q and fast-food options.
- Short drive to Whitecap beach, National Seashore and Mustang Island!
- One unit away from the tropical like POOL
- We love the outdoor living space! It's a great place to enjoy the coastal breeze and cook on the outdoor gas grill.
- 2 designated free parking spaces
- Short walk to the front door
- NO stairs
- Master bedroom has a KING bed w/an enclosed full bath
- Guest bedroom contains a bunk bed with a QUEEN bed on the bottom, TWIN on top, and a FULL pull-out trundle bed; a bath with shower is nearby in the hallway. This room is suited best for a family.

- Sleeps 9 including children
- Basic Cable and High Speed WIFI
-Within walking distance to CVS and a short drive to HEB, Dollar General, and the Island Market which makes it convenient to grab items you may have forgotten
-The island offers kayaking, fishing, turtle releases, Texas Sea Life Center, beach combing, horseback riding, boat cruises, miniature golf, and go carts! We are also centrally located to many area beaches.
-Close to Corpus Chrisit A&M, USS Lexington Museum, Texas State Aquarium, Botanical Gardens or catch a Minor League Baseball game at Whataburger Field

Great spot to stay on the island

Communication was prompt and very helpful. The house was just what we were looking for. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, great location for bouncing around the island for different activities we had planned. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

As described and accessible!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. I wanted to stay somewhere handicap/wheelchair accessible and this condo was great: No stairs entryway, two close reserved parking spots, a walk-in shower (with small lip only), and a spacious living room. The location is also great. It is only a very short drive to the beach which is perfect for the price.

Spring Break trip for Tucker Family

We LOVED this property and the owners! Easy check in, great communication, we had everything we needed, extra paper towels and washing detergent was a big plus! The location is near everything you may need and just a quick drive to white cap beach! Plenty of room for our kiddos. The pool was really nice and well kept! It was very quiet in the evenings and we felt very safe. We will book again with Ruben and Deanna! Thank you so much!

Beautiful and charming

The hosts thought of all of the things we might need while vacationing, including sand toys and beach gear. There was more than enough space for my family of seven. The three tvs in the unit were great for when we ready to unwind at the end of the night and were all able to watch our favorite shows

What a great beach haven!

Private getaway

This home offers complete privacy as the home does not actually connect with any other units. The locking option on the gate is an added safety plus. The homeowner was prompt to address any concerns we had during our stay. We recommend this property a thousand times over!

comfortable, clean, convenient

This property is well appointed and convenient to EVERYTHING!! We appreciated the attention to detail, the coastal vibe, the small things that made us feel at home. Although we had no children staying with us, the cottage has added touches for families with children. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and hope that we can! Deanna and Ruben were easy to contact and answered the few questions that we had.

Parents weekend for A&M Corpus Christi

We had a great time here. Location was great, kitchen was well appointed. We had a small hiccup when checking in, but owner was very responsive by text and phone and the issue was resolved very quickly. We will stay again soon! Amazing sunsets on the patio!

Relaxing Stay

This was a beautiful property and mush roomier than expected. The owners had lots of extra amenities available that were very much appreciated (lots of beach towels!). The owners very very easy to communicate with. We will be saving this property for future trips!

The property was as advertised. It was clean and more cozy than a hotel. The owners were quick to respond to any questions which was appreciated. The location was a great middle ground to South Padre Island, Corpus Christi and Port Aransas.

Lovely weekend

The property is as lovely as the pictures. The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of spots to relax by or in the pool. The accommodation was perfect for my teenage daughter and her friend along with my husband and I. The Mendezes were fast to respond to any questions. It was super close to the beach, shopping and so many restaurant choices. We would love to stay again!

This is our second year staying at this property & again we were not disappointed. We arrived days after Hurricane Hanna & the owners went out of their way to check in on the property & surrounding area before our stay. The check in/out process was easy. The lock/key was easy to access. We loved all the small touches around the house & patio. The location on NPI is perfect for us - out of crowded Port A but still accessible to our fav restaurants & beaches on Mustang Island. Our family of 4 stayed here comfortably. We look forward to our NPI vacation every year & cant wait to return next summer!
