Corpus Christi is right over the JFK Causeway Bridge and Rockport is just a ferry ride away. Exquisite and Elegant all wrapped into one at this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath split level condo. Granite countertops & stainless appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Travertine flooring throughout. Downstairs offers a spacious open living, dining & kitchen with half bath and stackable washer & dryer. Upstairs is a grand, master bedroom with it's own balcony, views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a guest bedroom & bath. Beautiful tiled walk-in showers in both bathrooms.
This two-bedroom condo is located on the third & fourth floor with split level living, overlooking one of the two pools and gulf view. The full kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 6. The open living room has ample seating which includes a sleeper sofa and sits by the back glass door which opens to the balcony. The upstairs Master Bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second upstairs bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom and a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms also have TV's and a chest for your beach attire. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly into a hall closet downstairs. Relax and enjoy our coffee and the ocean breeze sitting on the balcony. This unit will comfortably sleep 6 adults.
