Newly Remodeled Unit! Welcome to Mystic Harbor; a gated community with a tropical pool, on canal, with boat slips, trailer parking, no need for the elevator it’s a ground floor Unit at pool. Enjoy a beach vacation, fishing or water park get away. This fully furnished efficiency has everything you will need for comfortable living. With a queen size bed and sofa sleeper, this property will accommodate three to four guests. It also features all appliances, including washer and dryer inside. Central air and heating to keep you comfortable during any season. Both cable and internet are provided. Located on the first floor, the patio offers a breathtaking view of the pool and canal. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is a short walk down the street and the beach is only minutes away. Bring your boat along and tie up at one of the boat slips! Some of the best fishing on the Gulf Coast!

Only minutes away from Marinas, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Funtrackers with go-carts and bumper boats, Treasure Island for mini golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Or head into town and go see some of the places that make Corpus Christi beautiful.
