  • Modern villa recently refurbished and in a peaceful and panoramic location with views of the city of Cortona. The house has a hectare of fenced garden space with a private swimming pool. Inside is nicely furnished and bright, thanks to the large windows found in the living area. The location of this villa allows guests to easily reach places and cities such as Cortona, the Val d’Orcia, Arezzo, Siena and Florence.

    Available to guests: Large garden (completely fenced in) with swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (8 x 4 m - depth 1.4 m), mobile barbecue, external furnished area with large umbrella, table and chairs – ideal for dining outdoors.
    At the villa there is free WI-FI and onsite parking.
    Extra Services: Child's cot available upon request.
    Pets are welcome, at an extra charge of € 50 per animal per week. (Payment for this taken at the property).

buongiorno, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto scrivere prima per problemi "familiari". La nostra recensione non può che essere ottima. La struttura, non ha riservato sorprese, rispecchia perfettamente quanto visto in foto (grazie Posarelli)... apprezzatissimo il giardino dai mei due amstaff che vivono in appartamento a milano... non li abbiamo mai visti correre e giocare così tanto! ma soprattutto e non da ultimo la cordialità e la disponibilità dimostrata dai proprietari. La consigliamo al 100%. beppe&ale con mila&blade i nostri cagnoloni .-)

Schönes, renoviertes Haus auf einem umzäunten Grundstück. Sehr ruhige Lage ohne direkte Nachbarschaft. Der grosse Pool wird täglich morgens gereinigt. Gute Beschattung beim grossen Sitzplatz. Küche gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage kann bei Bedarf eingeschaltet werden. Alle Fenster sind mit guten Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Pool-Badetücher vorhanden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer . In der Nähe ein kleiner Laden, ein grösserer Laden befindet sich etwa 12 km entfernt in Cortona.

Favolosa villa a due passi da Cortona

Una splendida villa finemente arredata, il giardino curatissimo e interamente recintato ci ha permesso di rilassarci anche con un cane. La Sig.ra Mirella e stata molto gentile e disponibile cercando di accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. Spero di ritornare presto per poter usufruire della piscina!
