The apartment was perfect for our trip to visit family in Hamilton, Montana. Very clean, well stocked with towels, dishes, silverware and everything you could possibly need. We will recommend this VRBO to other family members visiting Montana!!

I have stayed numerous times at Katie’s Place. It is clean, extremely comfortable and very well appointed. She has put great attention to detail in the VRBO but especially in the kitchen. If you want to sleep well this is the spot for youI will say I am hesitant to give to good of review because it is popular enough I sometimes have trouble booking the dates I need.If you choose this VRBO you will not be disappointed.

The ranch apartment was wonderful. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and very clean. An extra bonus were the two horses outside the bedroom windows. A lovely place to stay.

Heaven on Earth

Our stay in Katie’s guest suite was wonderful. The ranch is peaceful, quiet and private. The guest suite was extremely clean and luxurious. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stunning location, lovely owner

This place was a dream come true! An absolutely adorable property, well-stocked kitchen, and gorgeous grounds. Every detail was thought of by Katie, our gracious host. She’s friendly, communicative, and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay just perfect. We loved how remote and quiet it was, and can’t wait to come back to this tranquil paradise the next time we visit family outside Missoula!

I hate to say too many nice things because I don’t need this host property to be full when I travel to the Bitterroot but… It is clean, beyond wonderful. comfortable bed, cozy towels, kitchen has everything I have ever needed, heater air conditioner both work when needed and overall one of the best properties I have stayed at.The potholes in the road have been fixed so it is smooth driving. The views are beautiful.One of the things I really like is how well I sleep when I am there. It is quiet and restful.I hope Katie will continue to offer this property and allow me to stay

Paradise

WOW, the view is spectacular! So peaceful and quiet on this property in the Sapphire Mountains. Everything you might need is in this beautiful VRBO. The hostess is wonderful. I would definitely stay again and will be telling all my friends about it. A little piece of paradise is what I would call this place.

My new home away from home

This property and location is perfect to relax and unwind. It is so very peaceful with views of the Sapphires behind and Bitterroot Mountains in front. It is in close proximity to all of Bitterroot Valley. Katie is an exceptional host is very concerned making sure we had what we needed. She was a wealth of knowledge in places to go. We can't wait to stay there again.

Corvallis Hills

The August stay was amazing. The property is beautiful. The guest house is private, comfortable, and fully stocked. There is easy access to the neighboring communities. Katie is a gracious host who is knowledgeable of the area and history. There are friendly horses to visit and a beautiful garden. The area is full of history and amazing outdoor recreational activities.

Katie's apartment is such a lovely space on an expansive Montana farm with beautiful scenery. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The two bedrooms are equal in size with a well-appointed kitchen and adjacent living space. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower with pebble tile floor. Katie was kind, communicative, and accommodating. We would rent this property again!

Quiet with an exceptional view- highly recommended

Katie the host was welcoming and answered multiple emails and messages promptly. When I was trying to pull together my daughters wedding from 7 hours away, she asked for our to do list and provided us with extra bowls and supplies! Truly set us up for success. Lots of towels and plenty of hot water which was amazing compared to other places we have stayed. Very clean and roomy with a gorgeous well supplied kitchen. Check out was simple - cleaning requests were reasonable. Our only issue was the location was off the main road quite a bit but the coffee shop was only 12 minutes away so all things considered fantastic place!

The stay was GREAT! I arrived in the evening. The directions were accurate and easy to follow. I had no trouble entering. Katie had left a light and the radio on for me.The VRBO was as advertised. It was immaculate with crisp clean linen. I really liked that Katie had several different pillows so I had a choice. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet. There is great parking right outside so easy in and out. There is also a nice patio with furniture that I enjoyed.This VRBO exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.The only negative, which has nothing to do with Katie and her property, is the road. The road was good except for the last half mile which is mostly gravel with lots of potholes. Katie said it is to be fixed this week.Thanks Katie!
