Fall visit- One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - no matter what price - low key but classy - the hotel is modern yet combines classic alpine architecture with tasteful modern style- the breakfast buffet is amazing as is the dinner. The spa area is meticulous with a beautiful sauna - sream room- relaxation room - foot soaking spa - cold plunge and showers. The staff is very friendly and helpful - the location is ideal with short walking access to several lifts. I'm planning a ski trip and will definitely stay here -
Service everywhere in the hotel was amazing (check in, bar, breakfast, dinner, patio aperitivo). Rooms were clean and comfortable, but could hear a lot of noise from the room above us at night. Location was great with shops and hikes within walking distance, but away from the bigger crowds in Ortisei.
One of the best hotel I have stayed in around the world the room and spacious and overall facilities are superb, the stuff os very friendly and helpful
I would book this hotel again for my next trip to Corvara - restaurant and food is a hidden jam - that was a big surprise for a hotel
Restaurant food and service was absolutely amazing!!
Special thanks to Fabiana
Great hotel, ideally located within an hour's drive of the main Dolomites hotspots. The food was excellent, including the evening meal choices, which were well worth the extra for half board. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, with a special mention for Leo, the waiter in the restaurant, who looked after me during my meals. He was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious for a single occupant, spotlessly clean, and had incredible views from the balcony. A mini fridge would have been a nice addition for storing supplies ahead of days out. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely book again.
The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the service and overall guest experience did not match the quality of the room or what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. I arrived before check-in and was simply told I would need to come back after 1 p.m. There was no offer to hold my luggage or make me feel accommodated while I waited. When I returned, a different staff member seemed unaware of my earlier arrival, which made the check-in process feel disorganized.
The room was also missing several basic amenities. There was no coffee, very limited water, and when I asked for additional water, I was told to drink from the tap. The body soap was nearly empty and was never refilled. The room also became quite hot at night. Opening the balcony door helped, but unfortunately allowed bugs to come inside.
The hotel itself is nice and the views are beautiful, but hospitality makes a huge difference. The staff never seemed interested in making guests feel welcome or asking if they could help with anything. For me, the lack of warmth, service, and attention to basic details made the experience fall well below what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
