"One of my favorite hotel stays EVER. Their service was exceptional. I left very early in the morning to hike, and they had my car pulled up front and a breakfast box packed. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful / I almost cried when I left. The spa is incredible, took one of the best naps of my life there. Also the dinner at their restaurant was exceptional. Truly a magical place that will stay with me long after I have left."

"During our 13-day trip to northern Italy, we booked five hotels, relying heavily on customer ratings and information. To pay it forward, I want to leave my honest reviews to help future guests. This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, likely because they have been recently fully remodeled. The bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. The breakfast is good, and they even prepared a breakfast bag for us because we had to leave early before the restaurant opened. The only area for improvement is the main dish at dinner."

"what an amazing new hotel. it is beautifully detailed in every way--spa and pool facilities are the coolest we've ever seen. breakfast was good, restaurant was good, but quite a limited menu for your main courses we felt. only ate dinner there two nights because of this. staff is AMAZING. loved the architecture and every design detail from the lobby to the rooms etc. the biggest down side is they don't have airconditioning or even ceiling fans so you have to sleep with your patio door open. they don't have screens, we did get bees in our room. it's also bright from outside lights (have to leave the curtains open to catch any breeze) and noisy--every outside sound comes straight into your room. so even though the beds, linens, etc were wonderful, we never slept well any of the 4 nights we were there. it sounds like they are looking at installing air conditioning, but if you stay in the summer beware."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
