Lovely renovation of an older property. Nice snacks were provided, bed was comfy, water pressure was great. Happy with my stay and would stay again in the future.
Definitely was a little nervous when we booked, but was pleasantly suprised. The room was definitely redone, clean, and safe. Or biggest issue was the shower was definitely an after thought on the remodel... Dripped all night. Beyond that.. The snacks were awesome touch. Recommend if you need a clean place to sleep at a great price.
We were in town for an event and was looking for something close and convenient. The Roscoe was an excellent choice and Amy was amazing !! Will stay again.
The room was mustard yellow, dimly lit, smelled like cigarettes and animals; poorly covered up by air freshner. No breakfast, single serving of coffee in room. Bed was hard, sheets were rough. The room/bathroom were dated, the furniture was scared, flooring was terrible, both the carpet and the tile and the paint was peeling everywhere.
The owner greeted us with a mouth full of peanuts and proceeded to try to talk while chewing. Our usual hotel was full, this one had fairly good reviews; not sure why though. But never again.
