"We enjoyed our stay, Nice quiet place. Enjoyed the layout of our townhouse room. Can walk to a few restaurants and shops out with hotel. Just lacked staff attention to detail for this rate/standard of hotel. I would expect better service. You would ask the staff a question about restaurant/spa/activities etc and you would get a one worded answer and the impression of don’t ask me anymore questions. It always seemed to be so difficult to get help/assistance on the smallest of things. The room had a few faulty issues: toilet leaked, dishwasher kept falling forward, bedside wobbly, bed creaked. It’s just not the standard I would expect for this class of hotel. We enjoyed our stay as we were on our baby moon and also celebrating a birthday so we made it special ourselves. But there is definitely room for improvements at this hotel."

"Our favorite stay during our time in Portugal. Fantastic room, clean and nicely styled. We appreciated the space it offered. Additionally included breakfast and pool is extremely nice way to start and end a busy day around the area. We would certainly return."
