"Spotlessly clean, both communal areas and bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast good with an extensive selection. We ate once in the bar area and that to was good and reasonably priced. Easy 10 minutes walk into the beautiful town of Jerez. Fab Cantina just around the corner with really great Mexican food."
"This is a beautiful hotel and I was upgraded to a suite from a regular room size due to some issue with the shower when I arrived, which was very nice. The suite was gorgeous! I did get the feeling that the hotel was new and had some maintenance issues that they were dealing with and maybe trying to work out their protocol still. Maybe they opened before they were ready to? Not really sure, but it seemed like a few things did not work right yet. There was no hotel sign out front, so the Hotel was difficult to find. The feeling at the hotel was a little stuffy but that can be overlooked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jerez old town is a bit of a diamond in the rough which is intriguing. I loved going to see the Royal Andalucian Equestrian Center when I was there. I did not get a chance to go to a Bodega but I hope to be back some day to do so."
"We had a superior room with balcony on the 4th floor
The room was quite big but felt poorly designed, with standard fittings being put in places where they didn't really fit, making the room feel smaller than it actually is, with a shortage of surface areas.
On the positive side though, the bed and pillows were top notch - we slept like babies, and the balcony with outdoor furniture was probably the best we have ever had.
In the end, the positives massively outweighed the negatives."
"Great little hotel in the center of everything and staff is very accommodating and very helpful. Great breakfast to start the day and staff is also the best! Highly recommend!"
