"My overall experience was okay. The food was fresh and tasted good; however, some of the staff were not as friendly or welcoming as I have experienced during previous stays. The variety of food options was also somewhat limited. The daytime poolside offerings consisted mainly of chicken, hamburgers, and hot dogs. At other resorts where I have stayed, there were themed food stations and a wider selection of Mexican cuisine, which provided a more enjoyable dining experience. Overall, the resort met expectations, but improvements in staff hospitality and food variety would enhance the guest experience."

TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"TRS Coral was an amazing property. The rooms were very clean, as well and the entire complex. All the staff members we interacted with were top notch always accommodating and helpful. Yurenni, our butler was fantastic! Any and every thing we needed she was right there to help. She was so informative about what was going on around the resort during the day and night. We couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend this resort and we hope to visit again!"

"A standout feature of this hotel was the excellent beach maintenance. The staff did a fantastic job of regularly clearing away seaweed, so there was never a large buildup on the shore. This made the beach much more enjoyable and showed the hotel’s commitment to providing a great guest experience."

"This is a very nice resort in Costa Mujeres, Mexico. Housekeeping was some what lacking. We left a tip on the bed with a note of requests (wash cloths, towels, Cokes, etc.) each morning. If it had not been for Lalo (the butler), those requests would not have been fulfilled. The food at this resort is some of the best resort food I have experienced. The beach is nice, but it is the time of year where the sargassum (seaweed) is really bad. They did the best they could with keeping it cleaned up, but it was a futile effort. Overall a very nice resort to vacation at."
