Cal Tio 1 YourHouse, perfect for families, in a quiet area

The Agroturismo Cal Tio with community pool is a very peaceful place, surrounded by nature, animals and a small vegetable garden. It is ideal for 2 adults.



Costitx is located in the center of Mallorca and is characterized as a family and rural destination. Every Wednesday the Sineu market is held, a few kilometers from Costitx. In the cities of Inca and Manacor you will find supermarkets, gas stations and shops. The beaches in the north, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, are approximately half an hour's drive away. A car is necessary.



The agritourism consists of four double accommodation units that share the pool (size: 10 x 5 meters, maximum depth 1.60 meters), the barbecue and the terrace equipped with loungers and umbrellas. The pool has a shallow area of 2 x 5 meters with a depth of 30 cm. On the apartment terrace there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a long breakfast.



Each accommodation unit has a terrace that provides access to the living-dining room with sofa, air conditioning, central heating through ducts, satellite television.



Next is the kitchen with dining area and very complete equipment, ceramic hob. The bedroom has a double bed. The en-suite bathroom of this room has a shower. If you are traveling with your baby, we provide a crib or mini-crib and a high chair, as well as a baby bathtub, some toys and children's dishes.



The property has communal use of the following items (communal cupboard):



-Beach umbrellas

-Ironing board

-Various games

-Blender

-Shopping bags

-Laundry detergent



IMPORTANT TO NOTE



A supplement of 80 € will be applied in the following cases:



– Extraordinary cleaning or accumulated garbage: if the property is left in a state of excessive dirt or accumulated garbage.

– Failure to comply with checkout time: departures after the established time without prior written authorization from the host.

– Occupancy and events: celebration of unauthorized parties or accommodation of persons not registered in the reservation.

– Damage and misuse: breakage, damage or misuse of facilities, appliances or equipment. In this case, the amount will be calculated according to the cost of repair or replacement.

Important:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.



As required by law, we must ask you for copies of identity documents or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.
