Downsides were charging for use of the safe in a 4 star hotel and the fridge not being cold enough. Be aware that this resort is very near Palma airport, so there is some aircraft noise but it didn't bother us too much."

"A really nice hotel very clean and faultless in all areas. Spa is a must do if you can. Traveled as a couple in late April so wasn’t very busy plenty of space around the pool and a nice chilled vibe with the music. Our room overlooked the pool on the 1st floor and we had a lovely day bed to lounge on while on the balcony. I am not a breakfast person but ventured in one of the days there looked to be a good selection of hot and cold foods available. The lunch time snack bar had a small choice and everything was ok. The area has plenty of places to eat so we ventured out everyday so can’t comment on the evening meals.We will definitely return again "
