Perfect place to be, has everything you would like to see. Big room, beautiful and big common terrace, beautiful restaurants with tasty food, huge yard, beautiful pool, very clean, nice staff
So amazing to stay in a chateau. We were in the pavilions rooms which were in the out house not the main building itself. Beautiful property and the dinner was delicious.
Lovely place in Loire valley. Whoever has a rent car to in and out would be great choice and doesn’t mind driving from chateau tour. Loved stay and hope stay again
We just spent 11 wonderful days in France and Chateau de Rochecotte was , by far, the best hotel of our trip. Lush grounds surround the beautifully designed Chateau with spacious rooms. Delicious food and great service provided for an elegant dining experience. And all of this for a very reasonable price.
A beautiful property with rooms fitting of such a wonderful Chateau. The pool looked beautiful but as it was raining it was covered up. A spa would make it perfect especially after a long day travelling. The restaurants food was fantastic. Lots of areas to sit and relax and have a drink.
Absolutely beautiful chateau in fabulous grounds with a multitude of walks. Lovely large swimming pool. Everything from staff to rooms to food was just wonderful. Amazing!
This hotel is truly exceptional — nestled in the stunning Loire region, it offers breathtaking views and an atmosphere of refined tranquility. The way they maintain and decorate both the hotel and its gardens is next level, with incredible attention to detail throughout.
Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features for us is that the hotel is pet-friendly — not only do they accommodate pets, but they’ve also adopted two adorable cats and a dog, which added so much charm and comfort for animal lovers like us.
Highly recommend this gem to friends, family, and anyone looking for a peaceful and beautifully curated retreat.

The place is nice ! Service and amenities could be better and Also cleaning ! Restaurant manage a kind of nouvelle cuisine ! I should say poor kitchen , menú has not choice balanced , for example has no salads ! We tried meat ! It was harder and Chuy ! Chef should take care of it , as matter of fact we tried the sane dish following day , it was just the same ! It means i don’t care about what my clients opinión!
Probably they need a Maitre ‘D to improve these oportunities ! Thanks to the waiter from Nepal don’t remembré his name sorry! He really tried is best ! Thanks again !
An absolutely beautiful historic property. The staff and service were Top Notch. The only thing that I would note was that the food wasn’t as high-end as I expected. The chef seemed to pay more attention to fussy presentation than the dish itself. I will also note that we dined at several Châteaus and this seemed to be a common theme. I am guessing that they have watered down their menu to appeal to a wider audience since Covid. Note: I am a foodie and have incredibly high expectations, particularly in France. This aside, I would highly recommend this beautiful château.
Miriam was incredibly sweet and very helpful, as was an older woman whose name I do not remember. She was very helpful during our breakfast Saturday morning.
There was a woman who worked at the front desk who told me nothing was open (as I was asking to find any place to find food) so I should go to McDonalds (don’t know if this was a blow because I’m American) but didn’t appreciate that neither did my husband.
Morning breakfast on Sunday was quite disappointing . Sat down at a table, nobody brought plates or cutlery to eat so grabbed everything on our own. Massage was terrible and I cut it short because the masseuse was quite frankly rubbing lotion on me and didn’t use any force. Won’t go back again.
