"A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay."

"Great value for the money.
Great customer service.
King Suite was a nice room but recommend new pillows.
Great location but a bit noisy during heavy traffic times.
Average buffet"
"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and was well lit and had a vent fan. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were surprised to have a room with a kitchenette for such a good rate. We'll be back when in the area!"
"The only think I would change is the coffee to one of the more modern automatic types and maybe add flavored creamer. The room coffee maker is older and they only provide a powder packet. I brought my own but the hotel was nice and I would sty again."
"The house was spotless, boasting a fantastic location with gorgeous water views and a peaceful, away-from-it-all vibe. Unfortunately, communication was an issue; it was difficult to reach the host for check-in instructions. Providing these details proactively before arrival would greatly improve the guest experience"
"Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back."
Huge Farmstay w/ Pool, Animals, Pond, Event Barn, & Clubhouse w/ Game Room
10/10 Excellent
"Charity is a gem. She is an expert communicator. Always fast. Always thorough. Our multi-generational family enjoyed this property a lot. The pool was the highlight and was used everyday! All day!! We were delighted to find the home stocked with a tea and coffee station. We made great use of that. The kitchen was well stocked. Probably could have used a large frying pan or griddle to make large breakfast for everyone. We made due. Each bedroom had fun decor and great linens. The showers were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was ample space for all of our belongings and people. Each room has a huge TV so there were no fights over what to watch. The animals were friendly and nice to spectate. There is a huge game room with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong and board games. We wished we had gotten out to explore the property more but we really had so much fun just swimming in the pool. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area."
