"Had quite a few problems with the room, including a dirty floor, sub-standard bathroom, and a front staff that, when I had called about issues of needing a towel and trash clean on the third day of my stay, the answer was always “we’re short staffed and backed up”…..I don’t think travelers really want to hear that"

"The room smelled strongly of BO & cooking, and it did not go away even after trying to air it out for several hours. The bathroom was dirty with beard trimmings from the previous person. No amenities as well apart from a tiny soap, and shower gel. No tissues, no cups, nothing. Not worth the price paid. "

"The only thing that we didn’t like was the air conditioner was so loud and it woke us up every time that it would go back on and also the bathtub was not clean, but otherwise we loved our stay and the breakfast was fantastic"

"This hotel was wonderful. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the pool and spa area was very clean and well stocked with towels. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book here again next time we need to be in Billings."
