"Booked a 1 king bed suite and got a regular 2 full beds room Was told that was the best they could do The room was ok"

"Rented two rooms,in which they had just shampooed the carpets before we got there. One of my rooms floor stayed wet All night getting some of my stuff wet. There was no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. The bed sheets had something on them. The bathtubs didn’t look clean and their was a unpleasant smell in the rooms."

"I would like to say how unsatisfied I was with my stay on May7th -May 8th in your establishment @ Sleep Inn & Suites, Austin North Pflugerville. 14004 Owen Tech Blvd, Austin, TX 78728.  After I awoke to use the bathroom after 2am in the morning, and returning to the bed. I notice a small roach crawling along the side of the bed which I was quite upset to find in my hotel room 207. After killing it, I proceeded to find two other bigger roaches crawling from inside the chester drawers, which further astonished and annoyed me greatly. You can imagine, I was unable to sleep the rest of the night. I reported my disgust with the unacceptable conditions to the person at the front desk at about 6:30am on May 8th. I asked if there would be any reimbursement at this time. But the female employee on duty said, it was out of her hands to make that decision. Sorry I did not get the name of the employee on duty at that time. She did mention however, that the establishment had not seen any roaches in over three months. And this was about the last time an exterminator had visited. "
