"It's a good hotel, but it does feel corporate. We felt like just one of many thousands of guests. Pay the $$$, be in this hotel, and that's it. Parking person spoke no English, which led to misunderstandings at check-in. Spa is good (although the jacuzzi and sauna were not operational), but it requires a daily reservation to secure a concrete time -- and spots are taken quickly. You need to remember each evening to book for the next day or else you don't get a spot. Location is excellent -- 2 min walk to downtown Courmayeur. Room was tiny, but the view was good."

"Glass in bathroom, otherwise clean. Got a fan for my room. Very loud in hallways, be prepared to wake up bright & early. Staff made the trip memorable. Kind, helpful, gave awesome food recommendations without pressuring their own restaurant. Little toasty but that’s standard in Europe."
