"Perfect location to enjoy the Harbour and walk to shops and restaurants. Recommend the bakery and the Cook and Butcher for dinner. Waterfront view great food and popular with guests and locals. Make sure to book a reservation."

"Extremely good value! Property as described-rustic and clean. Spacious and well stocked. Nice swimming spot in the river, too. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars all around is that none of the windows in the house can be opened (except one, right beside the door). On two days of our visit it was quite hot, and it was difficult to cool the house down. There were several fans which was nice-we just opened the door wide and ran the fans before bedtime. "Very friendly host and they provide very clear instructions for us. Love the little garden."

"We loved the view and how clean the property was. Kathy was very accommodating for my partner and I."

"Great host and place to stay in cobble hill. Close to many amenities. Just bring your groceries if you want to cook in the suite or make coffee. Very clean and comfortable. All kitchen items available to use. Linens and towels provided. There are kids above you hear in the day(normal) you sleep sound at night! Would highly recommend. Thank you!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was the perfect location for what we needed, clean and well equipped."

"Great day easy check-in clean well equipped suite great location"

"Was great place for my adult daughter and I to stay as we each had a room. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed the conveniences in the area, within walking distance."

"The woodsy environment was amazing - the air smelled sweet during and after the rain. It was so peaceful and comfortable."

"Great location and view."

"When were welcomed with soft lighting and zen music playing on the TV when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we needed for the night. The only issue was the bbq wasn't operational, so we pivoted our dinner plans."

"The host was not around when we arrived even though we told her we would be arriving early. The grounds were run down and when we tried to contact her there was no wifi or cell coverage at that remote location. Because of poor communication and the run down appearance of the place we decided to stay elsewhere."

"A really nice suite!"

"Dreamy, clean, bright, thoughtful and worth your money."
