"When we arrived in our room we found that the ironing board was broken as well as the iron. The sink in the bathroom was plugged up and we were given a handicap room with no instructions on how to use the shower which was complicated and would not turn off. The bench in the shower was pulling away from the wall. The outside door was broken and would not work with a key."

"Outdated, got to our room and the lampshade was all broken, mattress on one bed was the worst ever and like no springs left in the mattress. You were basically sitting on the box spring. Air conditioning not working in the room. After maintenance never coming after talking to the front desk and them saying we have no other rooms, after 45 mins they finally gave us another room which the air was working and mattress were better. Would not recommend."
