"The bathroom wasn’t all that clean, there was hair in the shower, and sink. I think it was the mini frig but thete was a high pitched hum the entire time. And the pool was down, the elevator makes noise. All make it a functioning hotel not one I would stay or recommend to others. The only above average was the breakfast. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It felt like home. Her dogs were protective of the property - so would bark when I entered. But I love that. I did get the opportunity to meet them - and they are lovely dogs.The only drawback that I saw is the steep stairway leading down to the apartment. One must be very careful when going down the stairs. Handrail is sturdy & as long as I could carry bags with one hand, I felt safe. Kathy is a very kind host & responds quickly if there is a question. "

"We originally planned to stay here for 2 nights and move on to Breckenridge for another 2 nights, but we extended it to 4. My daughter needed an emergency root canal and we were concerned about the effect the elevation would have on her pain. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to tack on 2 more nights at the last minute. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. Certainly one of the best places to rent in Loveland!"
