Everywhere was clean and tidy, staff very helpful not too much, only issue my scooter too big to fit in the lift.

DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa
First thing for us was the size of the room, nowhere to put suitcases no chairs to sit on, coffee tea kettle on top of safe on floor, staff where great in changing room. Spa was great. Breakfast was very nice.

You are just renting a room. No frills. It is clean and tidy. The parking beside the house is limited but plenty of street parking is available.
