"Didn’t like how we had to pay to park in the parking garage. Should be included with your stay. Free breakfast on the 13th floor was good but could have had a couple more things to pick from."

"The location is perfect. We were in Albany for a concert at the Palace Theatre. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and to the theatre. We didn't need our car at all during our staff. The staff was very courteous and professional. We'll definitely stay there again next time we travel to Albany. "

"Didn't have hot water for a day and shower never got hot even after fix, advertised washer/dryer was out of order, minimally/oddly equipped kitchen (no drying rack, but really nice coffepot, for example). BUT place/sheets/fridge etc were clean, TVs in every room, and didn't see any bugs or anything. Other than no hot water and w/d, I'd be willing to say this would be good for younger people but if you're a little older or have a young kid, maybe not for you."

We enjoyed our family Christmas celebration. We went out for dinner on our first night and found excellent dining within five blocks of our accommodations. The entire experience captured the best of Albany’s vibrant diversity and charming beauty. "
