"The lodge we stayed in was dated and the shower pole was rusted and come away from the wall. The double bed was more like a single bed. When I checked in I made a note of the vehicle reg then a couple of hours after we popped out and came back to the hotel a staff member said you haven't registered your vehicle to park. I said I have on the check in form she said the staff member that checked us in should of told us to log it onto the computer they had their. The member of staff that told us said we may recieve a fine but if we do not to pay and the hotel will sort it let's hope I don't get a fine due to the check in staff."

"Really great hotel. Nice biscuits on arrival but maybe tell guests that these have nuts in as we nearly had to do a trip to the ER due to severe nut allergy ! Can’t complain other than that though!"

"Good place to stay for a flight from Gatwick. Everything was clean apart from the carpet which was a bot sticky. The night we stayed was boiling hot and of course there was no AC."

"Superb location on the seafront. Clean and comfortable with very pleasant helpful staff throughout. Breakfast was delicious, always plentiful and beautifully presented. My room was so comfortable with excellent touches you would expect of this standard of hotel, for example free large bottles of water in the room fridge, replenished as required and proper small bottles of milk in there too. Toiletries were of a superior standard. Being a solo traveller, it was so welcome that the staff always spoke to you and made sure you had everything needed. Stayed in many hotels all over the world but this was one of the best."
