I left after the first night - even losing two nights of a three-night reservation because of their non-refundable policy.
—There was a safety concern with no stair railing on the last set of stairs to my room.
—The heated towel rack is so close to the toilet, I was unable to sit properly on the toilet because the towel rack was burning my leg.
—the bathroom sink was just barely a sink.
—the carpet seemed soiled - definitely not fresh and clean. I didn’t even want to go barefoot on it.
—the room generally felt unsanitary - marks on the walls, the unwiped counter surface in the bathroom, the long curtains hanging to the floor, a general feeling of uncleanness. I couldn’t wait to leave when I woke up at 6:30. AND, the room was just SO SMALL I couldn‘t hardly move and definitely did not have any room for opening my suitcase. AND, the photo in the ad does not show the hotel. Instead, I think it must be a picture of a building in town. SUB PAR!!!
