We stayed a Saturday and was above bar which was noisy till 12.30 .

"We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again.
The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite.
Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly!

"Great location and has plenty of parking the rooms are spacious and top notch "
"Room was comfy and really clean. Bathroom was well maintained and spotless.
The guest house had a fantastic location with beach and town centre only 2 minutes walk away.
Although food is not available there are plenty of cafe close by.
There are EV chargers a few minutes walk away but do get full mid morning.
Host are friendly and happy to help.

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended."
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ideal location for Fairbourne and surrounding area - you need to go to Dolgellau, Barmouth and try the Precipice Walk and Creggannan Lakes which were lovely walks with stunning views. Nice to get some milk and Welsh cakes which were lovely. Cottage was clean and comfortable, only minor negative was limited information about what to do at check out time, local contacts etc. and there wasn’t much in terms of cleaning equipment apart from a broom so couldn’t do much prior to leaving. We would definitely stay here again. "
