I selected this property for the main reason of its 24hour check in and requested specifically on my booking for a late check in. The hotel replied confirming this. When we arrived, the security gate was shut across the car park and we hadn't been given a code. When we rang the number from the booking a security guard from another hotel a 10 minute drive away answered but was unable to help us. After trying all options to get into the property we had to drive to this other hotel and pay again for 2 rooms. I have contacted the hotel following this, for a refund, but they have not replied.

Nous sommes loin d'un niveau correct. Non respect de la réservation malgré une réservation 3 semaines avant. Départ dès la 1ere nuit à cause de la nuisance de groupes venues passer plusieurs nuits de fête. La seule réponse de l'établissement est "désolé" il ne faut pas partir. Cet hotel priviligie les groupes au détriment de l'ensemble des clients. Aucune réaction de l'hotel. Ne venez pas si vous êtes en déplacement professionnel. Je demande le remboursement de ma réservation. J'ai du prendre un autre hotel (vérifiable sur mon compte reward)

Le petit déjeuner pris 1fois sur les 2 jours car descendue 9h30 plus grand chose et une scène qui ma refroidi un client avait pris 2 plateaux de charcuteries pour les monter dans sa chambre au vus du manque sur le buffet la responsable est allée les récupérer et repositionner sur le buffet. Je ne trouve pas normale de remettre de la charcuterie qui a été manipulé du buffet à une chambre et l'hygiène et le covid .
