"Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked."

"Habitación limpia y espaciosa, el personal muy amable. Camas súper cómodas."

"Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Unfortunate about noise at 0545 garbage truck outside.. but overall as advertised. Hotel could renew some furniture in the room.. but overall fine for the price"

"Staff was friendly and welcoming- we were able to check early as room was available. The room was big and clean. The hotel is an easy walk to shops and transport. It would be nice if the room had aircon."

"Très bon hébergement Très bien expliqué pour l accès "

"Clean room Comfortable Difficult communications for aa foreign turist."

"Tout était parfait propre et calme"

"Excellent ! Juste une boite de mouchoir à notre disposition et ca aurait été parfait. Merci"

"Really great location near the tram stop which goes to the airport and into the city. The kitchen area is really helpful if you want to make anything to eat in your room. Staff friendly and helpful with any concerns. Was able to leave luggage in the hotel after check out. Would visit again for a short stay in Bordeaux:) the definitely only thing that we were missing was short of towels. A longer mirror would be nice in the room and if allowed a toaster!"

"Great location- close to motorway and several restaurant options within walking distance. Fridge in the room was a good bonus."
