Holiday Home in Stivan with Seaview, Terrace, Air condition, WIFI (4239-1)

This charming holiday home is located in an idyllic bay on the island of Cres, just 40 metres from the sea. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a living kitchen on 42 m² of living space. The house has several large terraces (totalling 130 m²), including a covered summer kitchen that invites you to relax outdoors. Air conditioning, SAT TV, internet and a washing machine provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome.



The accommodation is quiet and private, while at the same time you can reach the village of Martinšćica with restaurants and shopping opportunities by car in 10 minutes. A boat mooring is available directly on the beach, and the owners offer smaller boat trips to hidden beaches by arrangement.



The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The house is ideally suited for couples or singles seeking relaxation, beach holiday, Robinson holiday or romantic breaks.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet and tourist tax. Additional costs apply for pets.

Beautiful little house with stunning seaview

House is small but layout very thought-out, with a lot of built-ins. There is enough space outside though, and because the property grounds are extensive you’ll have a lot of privacy.
