On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen featuring 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an oven, a kettle, and a combined shower and WC, providing a practical and comfortable base for your stay. Ascending via the spiral staircase to the upper floor, you are welcomed into a bright living room that also benefits from a separate WC and direct access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the surrounding views. Continuing up the spiral staircase to the second upper floor, you will discover the first bedroom, furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a separate WC. The third and final upper floor, also reached by spiral staircase, houses the second bedroom, a cosy room with characterful sloping ceilings ranging in height from 150 to 250 cm, fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a further separate WC.
