While I was a little nervous upon seeing the exterior of this place I was very pleased when I went into my room. It had been recently remodeled and was quite nice. Checkin was a bit strange over a computer in the lobby but the staff I met was quite nice. Having a beach right next door made for a lovely evening though there were some homeless people living back in the grasses, they didn't bother me at all.

We stay here often. This time we were given a room next to the street. Didn’t get any sleep due to street traffic noise, motorcycles etc. next time I will ask for a room farther away from the street. Love the location next to South Beach.

The rooms could use a broom and dust pan. Helpful for those staying more than a night. Not sure why rooms have microwaves these days. An air fryer would be more with the times. The EV Plug was great when it worked. Pet friendly was helpful. A homeless camp is living on the beach nearby.

The outside of the property could use some sprucing up, but the room was clean and staff was friendly. Good location close to restaurants and the beach. Continental breakfast is a small muffin, an apple, and two granola bars. All in all, an acceptable place to stay for a night or two.
