"IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything actually. Very awkward check in and stay. Wouldn’t stay again ."

"It looks like the door had been kicked in a few times the doors and the door frames were dirty like people have just been putting their hands all over them and they were not getting clean. There was hardly any plugs by the bed to charge my phone and I didn’t see a pool anywhere. "

"This is a great neighborhood where I would live - very safe. The house was perfect for our stay - plenty of room for 5 adults plus a little and dog. We will definitely stay here again when in the area if it’s available. "
