"Had a wonderful experience with one of the house keepers, I believe her name was Valerie? I'm terrible with names, so I hope that's right. She offered to help me with obtaining some coffee and didn't have to. Poor thing was on her break. She is absolutely wonderful. I strongly suggest a raise for her and recognition for her 10 years of dedication. You guys should be proud to have her on your team. Otherwise, the stay was quiet and comfortable. Thank you again."

"The sheets were nice and clean and fresh. The staff had mandatory cleaning on Wednesdays Fridays and sundays. This was fine for me, but I'm not sure if it would work for everyone. I believe daily cleaning was available if someone needed it, but I cannot be sure. The food left a lot to be desired. The coffee was weak, the yogurt had not one natural ingredient in it. I ended up going out for breakfast every morning."

"Typical Hampton Inn stay which is always nice BUT the TV system sucked. You had to scroll to find the channel you wanted and the first several were off the wall non mainstream streaming channels. To get to ESPN or cnn or anything like that, you had to start the scroll over. No numbers to punch to go to the channel You wanted to see."

"Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. The location put me 5 minutes from being parked at Greenville Convention Center, which was a wonderful advantage for my 4 day conference. The other direction out of the parking lot put you on Haywood RD and lots of dining choices. Starbucks was in walking distance, but traffic made walking a bit dicey. The parking lot often had people hanging out. Signs warn to lock cars and take valuables out of cars. I parked near the front entrance. I found the people I passed coming and going to be not problem. I smiled and nodded or spoke to their well-tended dogs and got along fine. Everything in the room worked, though some things like the stove, looked pretty old. There was no good place besides the bed to watch the television, and since it was small and a fair distance off, that wasn't ideal. You could possibly have perched on the padded kitchen counter stools with backs to watch. Free internet with no password was slow when I tried it. The paid channel for $5 a night might have been better. One of the biggest aggravations was that the key card was wonky for the outside doors, requiring several tries most times. No insect problems in room."
