Million dollar house on main river w/ million dollar view! Pool, Dock, Kayaks.

This is our 7th home on VRBO. The perfect location and a million dollar view.

This is a high demand property with one of the best views in all of Crystal River. Located on a peninsula right on the main river, there's over a 180 degree view up the river all the way down to King's Bay!

This house has 3 full bedrooms/2 bathrooms (upstairs) and a bunk room and bathroom (downstairs) perfect for kids and families. The full kitchen was renovated in 2021 and with the family room on the second story and a game room on the bottom floor makes this the perfect home for multiple families and kids. All 3 bathrooms were renovated in December of 2021. A dock can hold your boat along with the kayaks that come with the house.

Bunk Room: 3 Sets of Bunk beds, one with a full over full and two sets of twin over twin (one set is made just for kids) to accommodate a total of 8 people.

The Pool, foosball, dock, kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, built-in bar, and a grill provides an endless amount of fun and perfect place to stay while visiting Crystal River.

It is also the perfect location for Scalloping, watching Manatees, visiting Three Sisters Spring, or just relaxing on the dock watching boats go by. Minutes from Plantation Golf Club. Has a large dock, kayaks and paddle boards to use, so you can leave right from the house.

2 boat maximum. The boat lift is off limits. You can drop lift and park there but please do not lift boat out of water.
Maximum amount of 25 persons and 5 vehicles at property at any time. Any more than 25 will result in partial forfeiture of deposit.
No parking anywhere other than the driveway.Please make sure all boats and vehicles are parked in the driveway. Please do not park on the vacant lot.
