Took one look at the room and left. Absolutely awful. Description and pictures do not come close to the reality of the place. The cabins were falling apart, the quality of the bedding was awful, there was no space in the room, the air conditioning unit wasn’t effective but was really loud. Couldn’t get out quick enough. It was the complete opposite to how it was described.

When booking the pictures are slightly deceiving. Great hospitality kind of makes up for it. The beds are NOT comfortable. The walls are super thin so you can here the next room over if someone is in there. The shower head sprays every where and mainly against the wall making showering semi difficult. If you want a camping/cabin style night this is it. If you are looking for a motel/hotel styled night this is NOT it. I liked that the kids had to give up their electronics due to no WIFI that made me happy as they had to interact with the family which is why we took a weekend away from the house in the first place. It was I feel not worth the price I had paid, but it was genuinely a overall good experience.

GREAT GETAWAY

What a lovely spot! Our cabin had a lot of cute decorative rustic finish, was very clean, air conditioning and hot water were great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. As river outfitters, they were outstanding. My friend and I had both floated before, her big puppy had not, and they were very helpful in the start of our float. Scenery at the resort is great, the little beach is awesome too. We didn't want to leave and will be back.

SCREW THIS RESORT!

The photos online of our “resort” are complete false advertisement. We went here for our honeymoon. Never again would I even go here for free!! Maybe we had somewhat high expectations. But, there was a used toilet paper roll, dead bugs in the bathroom, not vacuumed/swept/mopped. The curtain didn’t cover our window all the way. I had to go buy Lysol, candles, air fresheners, & Magic erasers to clean the shower/toilet & mini fridge (cord white taped to the floor you trip over) before using. The heat never kicked on. No TV in the room. No phone or even a direct phone number for “room service” LMAO & the owners son was a drunk with no clue what was going on. This place was no better than a crack motel, maybe meth motel since the owners son also joked no one “out there” has teeth due to meth use. I would’ve taken more photos if I wasn’t Scared to be mortified of anyone seeing where my husband & I thought we were lucky to vacation to!!
The bathtub I had to clean before we could use!
They couldn’t even fold the almost gone roll!!
