"Extremely attentive staff, very good service"

"Todo"

"The staff at the concierge is super nice, and she helps as much as she could to make our stay comfortable. The whole place is clean with some vintage decors. The location is very convenient, close to Little Havana where we can find food. Overall, high recommended."

"Very nice hotel located near cruise port. Room was nice and clean. Staff were also friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."

"Wasn’t expecting the parking fee,if I had known I would of stayed at the other Miami tru hotels that have free parking"

"Self-check in, iPad controller in rooms and a Rooftop pool were perks!"

"An excellent place to base yourself in Miami. Room was excellent 2 bed. There is a lot of construction going on near it so using pool was not really an option. But it will all be finished eventually and they are doing good deals in the meantime. Would happily go back."

"Very accommodating"

"Great"

"I stayed at the Rover over the weekend, and it was an outstanding stay. When you hear "boutique hotel without a reception," you tend to expect an affordable but impersonal experience. That wasn't the case here. I was greeted at the property by the property manager, Emily, who was warm and welcoming from the start. She gave me plenty of recommendations on where to visit and eat, and they were genuine local picks rather than tourist traps. Although her shift ended at 7, she stayed a little longer...

"Perfect"

"Great place to stay. The host was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions. They even went out of their way to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!"

"Place looked clean and modern. Restaurant and small market had late convenient hours. Parking fee for valet with taxes (around $80) was outrageous. It was too late and dark to use the offsite self park the bed was uncomfortable and the linens were weird, Felt like a plasticky duvet between two sheets. Towels were cheap feeling and looking for a Hyatt."

"We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at RS Suites – District 225 Miami! Dave and the team were responsive and provided clear check-in and parking instructions. They were also understanding when the rain delayed our arrival, which we appreciated. Having complimentary parking was a great bonus. Thank you for helping make our anniversary getaway a lovely experience!"

"Very good location & clean apartment. Good communication. "
