"Everything was lovely but there was only a comforter on the bed with no top sheet, no face cloths, no bottled water or even a glass or cup to get water and no coffee machine. The mattress was too firm for my liking but it was close to the cruise port and had a beautiful roof top pool and patio for sitting out. "

"Near walking distance from the Pier, and close to the port. Views are amazing. Staff was professional at check in but very cold and seemed inconvenienced to check us in. Not a family friendly establishment. We waited over 2 hours to get a remote for the TV and was told during the process to look through all the cabinets for the remote. In doing so we found open condom box with condoms and other intimate items in one of the cabinets from the previous guest staying there. In the snack for purchase basket there was a box of sexual items for purchase which included condoms and a vibrator. All though the view was breathtaking, would not stay there again. "

"Great location. Grocery store and pharmacy right across the street. The room is nice and the shower had great water pressure. Only complaint is the beds really weren't comfortable. At all. "

"Felt compelled to share a review so other travelers are aware of what they’re booking. The best way to describe this hotel is bare minimum. It looks fancy and nice from the pictures they show, but they definitely take advantage of the area they’re in to charge the price. That being said, the location was very ideal. So if you’re OK, overlooking other shortcomings just for the location then that’s on you. The floors were absolutely filthy in our hotel. You couldn’t tell, but after walking around a little bit the bottom of your feet or socks were absolutely disgusting. They don’t have anything extra accommodation wise in the rooms. You have to ask for everything like an iron or extra K cups for your coffee. With that being said, there was no way to contact the front desk via their phone in the rooms. You had to actually walk down to ask for an iron or other things. It was absolutely minimalist accommodations. The side tables were also wobbly like they were cheaply put together and the TV stand, If you can call it that, was also slanted and wobbly like it almost might fall off. The AC was also terrible. Overall, it was quiet and we got a good night rest before our trip. Also keep in mind that it is right across from some major construction project. They start working very early and we could hear them through our balcony window. I would definitely not book there again just due to the lack of value."

"I’m not sure where to start, let’s just say I wouldn’t stay here again even if they paid me to! I actually ended my trip early because of how horrible this place is. From the outside looking in the place is aesthetically appealing with the whole Little Havana theme. However, that’s the only thing nice about it. The inside is filthy, bugs everywhere!!! I thought I was getting ate up by mosquitoes but no it was FLEAS! Even after switching rooms we didn’t even get unpack before noticing fleas in the new room as well. I ended trip early because I refused to stay another night getting bit up by fleas so I slept in the car my last night. Even after having video and picture proof I wasn’t offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience. As if the bugs weren’t bad enough the property has no elevator and guests are expected to haul their own luggage up and down 3flights of stairs if they’re any floor but the first! The noise I expected from the reviews so it didn’t really bother me even though there is a draw bridge the goes off about everything 30min-1hr. The AC was trash because you can’t control how cool your room is even though you’re in hot humid Miami with a ceiling fan that is only good for decoration because it barely works. This place is truly a nightmare, book at your own risk ⚠️ wish I could post pics and videos… "

"Great hotel and a fabulous location. We’ve stayed in Miami several times and this was our first time here and it’ll be our go to hotel. Highly recommend! "
