"I am very picky about hotels, pictures don’t do this place justice and it exceeded my expectations. The views are some of the best on the island. Yes, it is further away from “everything” but that’s part of the beauty of it. Highly recommend this property "
"The room was huge and well appointed, and within easy walking distance of the center of town. Everything was very clean, bed great, and staff super helpful."
"We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely Vila in the middle of the island. The pool was great and it close enough to allow you to explore the north and west coasts easily. Definitely recommend this place highly."
"The best hotel in Soller perfect location, world-class customer service from all staff.

Old house renovated in Biniaraix overlooking the valley
8/10 Good
"The good: The beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had a full kitchen, it was fairly quiet, rooms are not right next to each other, the view is amazing, the town is small, and the owner is responsive. Even though we didn't have A/C in the rooms, even during July-Aug, it wasn't that hot with a fan running and windows open. The house was clean. There are fans in all bedrooms and the downstairs living area. Has a washing machine. Is located minutes from Soller. The not so perfect: There's only A/C on the top floor. There are a lot of stairs. I'm 5'11" and bumped my head several times going in and out of the shared bathroom. The owner doesn't speak English, but we figured it out. The owner wants cash for tourist tax and electricity, and I fortunately had enough cash on me at checkout, so be sure to plan for it. Parking is down the street and make sure you fold your mirrors in. The streets in town are very narrow, so if renting a car, get something somewhat compact."
"Great hotel great service. Exceptional breakfast, including cava. The only complaint I would have is parking is limited and nowhere does it say you have to pay for it, just that it's available."
Beatiful and peaceful villa with amazing views into the mountains
10/10 Excellent
"The property was very authentic. Set in a beautiful tranquil setting. Goats roaming the cliffs, bleeting and clanging their bells. The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable, internet good. Plenty of hot water. Able to use the surrounding fruit trees (orange, lemon and plum). Small to medium car at max. Do not try to drive all the way up to the villa. Park on level platform before villa and walk to villa. Fornalutx is a beautiful little village with plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a small grocery store which caters for most things.Visit the tennis club for beer in the in the garden whilst locals duel it out on clay. You drive everywhere. Too mountainous to walk, at least for us. We loved it. Thank you."
"My sister and I had a fabulous three-night stay at Dalt Muntayna. Petra is absolutely fantastic and will make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel is tucked away in the mountains surrounded by loads of birds, bugs and wildlife. A lovely little retreat to get away from my city life.
Would highly recommend Dalt Muntanya if you're looking for a relaxing stay. The hotel is well located for day trips as well; we visited to Soller, Alcudia, Bunyola, and Alaro.
The town and surrounding area are very short on restaurants, so if you're someone who enjoys a foodie holiday, you'll need to plan ahead to book dinner reservations while you're out and about. However, the food at Dalt Muntanya is fantastic; it was the best dinner we had on our trip. "
"When we first entered the hotel, we were amazed by the breathtaking ocean view, and we were touched again by the kindness of the staff who helped us with check-in. It was quite hot when we visited, but we were grateful to be offered cold towels and refreshing drinks. I still remember the warm smile of the friendly staff member who handed them to us. The Michelin-starred restaurant was outstanding, and the complimentary breakfast was also exceptional. The view, service, food, and cleanliness of the hotel—everything was perfect. It was truly the best hotel and will remain a happy and wonderful memory for a long time. If I get the chance, I would love to go back again"
"Recommended by friends. Very quiet and peaceful, well away from most things. No kids under 11 allowed. Service and food excellent - just what we wanted.
Be aware there is nothing else around. Nearest town/shop about 5-miles so if you want anything buy it on the way."
"A cozy hotel in a beautiful village, great if you want a quieter and more scenic atmosphere. Finding parking can be a little hectic, but there are several lots nearby with both paid & free spots. We loved the views, the nearby restaurants, and the staff was helpful although there is no “formal” reception area, pretty much self check-in. The pool and back patio are definitely a highlight! The honesty bar was also super convenient. "
