Lovely hote, good staff great value

Lovely hotel, good staff. Good location, quiet. Few facilities in the room and it was very good value. Had Tv. Good quiet night of sleep.

The toilet seat was broken, and bed not comfortable at all , bunk bed broken and too noisy, the toilet was very tiny and uncomfortable

Property was clean except toilet bowl really stained not pleasant. Lots of gnats in the bedrooms and blood splats where many had been killed. Area well maintained but all a little dated, lots of overnight noise and lights going on and off.

Disappointing

One night stay on the way back to Calais for morning crossing. This is a fairly down-market holiday camp. Rooms are small and basic. Beds also small and rather institutional. It reminded us of a care home. Sheets were rough and uncomfortable. There is a very bright floodlight which shines directly into the window all night

A review from a family

The pool was good. Room was dated and needed re painting, in the toilet part of the wall panelling was off which left the glue exposed and looked messy. Lots of dust in the corners. No kettle or drink facilities in the room which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was a good spread but no facilities to get a drink during the day. Bar not open until the evening at 9pm.

Venues passer un séjour entre amies, nous avons apprécié le cadre de ce village vacances. Nombreuses activités, petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Nous pensons y retourner prochainement en famille. Petit bémol indépendant de la volonté du personnel, la lumière principale ne fonctionnait et la chasse d'eau du WC a malheureusement eu une défaillance. Prévenu, le personnel a fait au plus vite pour résoudre la déconvenue.

Un ensemble très moyen. Points positifs : le cadre est sympathique. Présence d'une piscine pour petits et grands. Balade dans les dunes à faire juste derrière. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit dejeuner est complet meme si les produits ne sont pas extra géniaux. Points negatifs : les chambres et l'hôtel en général est dans son "jus". La literie est trop ferme. Le pire, AUCUNE insonorisation (on entend la tv et les gens de la chambre d'à côté tres distinctement). Nous y avons passé 3 nuits, nous n'en sommes pas ressortis reposés. Nous n'y reviendrons pas.

L'accueil la gentillesse nous a agréablement surpris. Certaines informations concernant les services proposés sont soit erronées soit pas a jour. Par exemple la navette pour la plage etait prevue 1 fois semaine lors de notre séjour. La laverie se trouve a lexterieur de l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble nos vacances se sont bien passées.

Nous ne savions pas du tout à quoi nous attendre et j'avais lu sur internet que c'était plus proche dune auberge de jeunesse que d'un hôtel, et en effet! Le personnel est très gentil et souriant mais l'état général des chambres et surtout les moisissures dans la douche, ça c'était ma limite. Avec une belle crise d'allergies en prime vu les poils dans les escaliers ! Le buffet de petit-déjeuner par contre était très correct. Belle diversité de produits. Séjour moyen du coup. Je pense que nous n'y retournerons pas.

Bon séjour

Bon séjour, chambre confortable. Manques juste un petit frigo quand ont vient plusieurs jour pour mettre des boissons au frais. Après on a aimé le petit déjeuner il ne manquait rien et surtout la piscine et aussi le parking sécurisé pour la voiture. J aime bien cette endroits et je reviendrais.
