No contaba con agua el inodoro, no tenia jaban de manos ni para bañarse, no tenia agua caliente, tenia insecto vivos y muertos la habitación, las sabanas no se veian limpias, nos tuvieron que abrir otra habitación para ir al wc, en la recepción ni me daban buena información. Del tiempo que tengo utilizado Expedia es el peor hotel que he ido con mi familia.

En lo general todo estuvo bien lo único malo es que no había agua caliente en la regadera ya que solo tienen un calentador solar pequeño y creo que es importante ponerlo en la descripción del hotel ya que si , está nublado pues no va a aber agua caliente también les falta poner más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones..

Para empezar no tenían agendada mi reservación que el costo es de 481 , lle y esa mala noticia y me combraron750.00 porque dijo la encargada que si no se lo cobraban a ella y no me dieron factura ni agua había para tomar en el cuarto no hay aire acondicionado ni abanicomuy terrible

Es un lugar tranquilo pero si lo tienen descuidado por ejemplo la fuente principal, el área de la alberca parece literal bodega, no hay ni agua, jabón ni papel higiénico en el baño. No hay agua caliente en la regadera en la mañana, no cuentan con botes de basura en la habitación. Permiten huéspedes ruidosos y con música fuerte toda la noche.
