The famous Maho Beach on Saint Maarten. Great place for checking out aircraft landings up close while sitting on the beach. Took this picture from the hotel balcony shortly after I arrived. Spent a good part of the next day at the beach bar at far end of the beach. The flight schedule is posted on a surf board and whenever a plane was landing, everyone got up and walked onto the beach to have the plane fly overhead. The plane landed and then everyone went back to their beer... #perspectives
