There are 2 other apartments for rent in the same building and the garden, swimming pool and gym are for common use. The accommodation is ideal for sun holidays with the family or with befriended families.

The house is located a few metres from the centre of Cupramontana, which can be reached on foot. You will find nice shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants for a delicious, Italian dinner.

The country house has a large enclosed garden with a gazebo, a swimming pool, sun beds, a fitness trail and stunning views of the surrounding hills. The 3 flats have a bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. You can prepare a meal of your choice in the fully equipped kitchens. Mosquito nets and fans are also provided.

It is possible to check-in from 16:00 to 19:00. From 20:00 to 22:00 with a supplement of € 20. Check-in is no longer possible after 22:00. The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.
