Péssimo

Pessimo hotel. Café da manhã horrível, água da piscina preta, zero conforto, fiquei 3 dias no hotel e ninguém limpou o quarto, ar condicionado nao funcionava ( todo dia o técnico ia e nunca foi) e funcionarios super mal educados.

NO PERÍODO DE MINHA VIAGEM FOI DE FRIO INTENSO E O HOTEL ESTAVA COM OS AQUECEDORES QUEBRADOS, SOLICITEI VÁRIAS VEZES O CONSERTO, MAS SÓ RECEBI PROMESSAS, ENTÃO NO QUARTO E NO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ TUDO EXTREMAMENTE FRIO. OS RECEPCIONISTAS NÃO TINHAM INFORMAÇÕES SOBRE OS PONTOS TURÍSTICOS E TAMBÉM NÃO FAZIAM O MENOR ESFORÇO PARA ISSO. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ SEM VARIEDADES. Não fui recebido, pq houve problema entre o aplicativo e o sistema do hotel. Não teve sincronização, e o hotel estava cheio quando cheguei. Enfim, tive que me retirar.

O hotel é bom, porém por está com uma demanda muito alto o pessoal não deu uma atenção merecida ao meu quarto, quando entrei nele tinha toalhas usadas no banheiro, pacotes de sabonetes no chão do banheiro, cama desarrumada, fiquei no local por falta de opção pois não tinha como eu me deslocar prá outro hotel.

Atendimento pessoal excelente, pessoal muito amavel e prestativo. O que deixa a desejar são as camas, pois não são de solteiro, e nem de casal, (muito estreitas para um casal), e muito curtas paa pessoas mais altas como eu.

Quarto ultrapassado, precisa modernizar urgente

A aparência externa do hotel é boa, assim como a recepção e café da manhã, mas o principal que é o quarto tá muito ultrapassado, não tem nenhuma tomada disponível, o banheiro tem um box apertadíssimo e teto de madeira escuro, tudo bem antigo, só 1 tomada no banheiro para carregar o celular. Estacionamento grátis disponível porém não dizem q as vagas são limitadas e vc acaba tendo que estacionar na rua movimentada do hotel que além de tudo é zona azul. Não indico esse hotel. Elevador só 1 funciona.

Hotel muito antigo. Quarto cheio de pequenos problemas. Lâmpadas piscando mesmo quando desligadas, banheiro vaza em todos os registros e existe uma antiquada "central de tv, radio e luzes" completamene não funcional, resolveu ligar o som no meio da madrugada.

Assim... o Hotel em sua primeira visão parece lindo e maravilhoso e novinho, porém quando chega nos quartos a acomodação é antiga e quando nos hospedamos tinha tanta mas tanta poeira, que não conseguimos dormir de tanta alergia. Foi horrível. Mas em compensação os funcionários são ótimos e prestativos.

Estadia desconfortável.

Reservamos o hotel por ter estacionamento, ao chegar recebemos a notícia de que estava lotado, ouvimos outros hóspedes reclamando da mesma coisa. No café da manhã faltava xícara, copos, pratos, talheres e lugar para acomodar os hóspedes. Instalações antigas, dava para ouvir a conversa no quarto do lado e nos corredores quarto sem nenhum isolamento acústico.

Quando chegamos havia alguns hóspedes para fazer o checkin. Foi um pouco desorganizado pois os funcionários anotavam os quartos disponíveis e os nomes dos hóspedes em uma folha de papel. Não localizaram minha reserva mas, por sorte, conseguimos o último quarto. O quarto é antigo mas achamos limpo e arejado. A acústica não é boa porque ouvíamos todo o movimento dos outros quartos, barulho do elevador e da rua. A piscina é horrível de suja. Estava verde. O café da manhã não é de luxo. Mas bem saboroso. Pão de queijo quentinho, bolos e paes novos. Enfim, pelo valor que pagamos, digo que vale a pena, até porque a localização é boa.

Reservei um quarto casal e me instalaram num quarto com 3 camas single, pois disseram que deu problema nas reservas efetuadas por sites e não tinham disponibilidade de um quarto com cama para duas pessoas! o valor foi cobrado o mesmo que foi efetuado pela reserva! Não pude utilizar o aparelho de TV, pois não havia como conectar o aparelho da sky e não me forneceram, apos insistir, um adaptador!

De início, tive problemas para estacionar o carro, pois não havia vagas suficientes. Precisei deixar o carro fora das vagas e a chave na recepção. No check-in, não localizaram minha reserva. Em seguida, disseram que não havia quartos suficientes, por conta de um suposto equívoco dos sites de reservas. Depois de quase uma hora, acabaram disponibilizando um quarto diferente ao da reserva. Pelo que vi, o mesmo problema atingiu outros hóspedes. Passado o susto, e o receio de ficar sem hospedagem, a estadia transcorreu normalmente.

Bom custo-beneficio

O hotel é muito bom. Fica bem localizado, próximo à area central da cidade. Tem um estacionamento amplo, o café da manhã é gostoso. Achei os quartos um pouco pequenos, pouco lugar para acomodar a bagagem e o wi-fi praticamente nao funciona nos apartamentos, somente nas áreas públicas. A piscina é uma boa opcao para quem viaja com criancas. O atendimento é atencioso, o lugar é bonito e limpo, ideal para uma estadia de poucas noites.

Localização ruim e pessoal da recepção péssimo

Não voltaria, tive problemas com o ar condicionado do quarto e pedi mudança de apartamento imediatamente, tive que aguardar por mais de 3 horas e após muita insistência para me atenderem, hotel precário, falta profissionais para tudo, seguramente não volto.
