The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

PIOR HOTEL E PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA.

Foi a pior experiência em hotel que já tive, para a água do chuveiro ficar morna tinha que ficar 50 minutos com o chuveiro aberto. Quarto não era limpo nenhum dia, roupa de cama suja quando trocaram. Atendimento do pessoal da recepção péssima, apenas a Kaune nos atendeu bem. Foi tão horrível que viemos embora dois dias antes do previsto. Nunca mais volto em nenhuma rede ou irei recomendar a ninguém. Piro hotel de todos.
Não retiraram o lixo. O chão não foi limpo e sabemos que não foi pois estava imundo e nós acabamos a nossa contenção debaixo da cama após um dia todo fora do hotel.
Toalha suja.

Fronha chuva desde que chegamos ao terrível hotel.

Razoável. Limpeza e instalações deixam a desejar. Banheiro estava sujo e roupas de cama eram velhas, algumas até rasgadas. Chuveiro precisou de manutenção para esquentar e no último dia não esquentou mais. Cartão de liberação para o quarto estava com defeito. Café da manhã razoável. Porém o atendimento foi bom e a localização era boa.

Não gostamos da cama, cama péssima. Saímos com dores nas costas, pedimos pra trocar foi mesmo que nada! A tv era péssima e o ar condicionado não tava bom tbm! As meninas que montam o café da manhã e fazem a limpeza dos quartos são excelente! Precisa melhorar em questão de conforto. Mais era perto de tudo, isso e muito bom!

Muito, ruim, no anuncio informava que o estacionamento estava incluso, e não estava, não consegui sequer utilizar o estacionamento do hotel, tinha que usar em um estacionamento externo a quase 700 metros de distância. Toalhas sujas, não tinha toalhas de rosto. Um dia a águas estava fria, com o clima em 10 graus. Luminária da cama estava danificada. Preço do estacionamento abusivo. Janela com barulho devido ao vento.

Região com muitos mendigos. Hotel com instalações antigas, trocas de toalhas no período noturno não são efetuadas e chuveiro do quarto não esquentou. Educação dos funcionários foi excelente.

Check-in tumultuado.

O estabelecimento realiza check-in às 14:00 e coloca poucos atendentes. O que acabou gerando tumulto para liberação dos quartos de alguns hospedes. Minha família ficou no 1° andar que ao sair do elevador não encontrava a direção do quarto, que em razão disso levou a áreas restritas para funcionários, café da manhã bom e limpeza adequada. Hotel precisa melhorar sua mobília ou realizar higienização em sofás e pisos.

Avaliacao sincera: se voce nao quer passar estresse esse nao é o lugar ideial, definitivamente voce vai ter que resolver um problema ou outro com a recepcao do tipo vaga pro seu carro( eles vao te mandar pra um estacionamento fora do hotel, mesmo que tenha vaga no hotel) ou chuveiro que nao esquenta, ambos os problemas foram resolvidos rapidamente, o que é bom, mas em relacao a vaga, se voce preza pelo seu carro e quer ter certeza que ele estara na vaga do hotel esse nao é o lugar, nos outros dias nao tivemos problema pra estacionar mas ficamos com medo de nao ter vaga quando voltarmos e ter que estacionar em outro endereço. Sobre o quarto em si, nao espere muita coisa é basico pra dormir e antigo sem muita manutençao, limpeza tambem ok, e cafe da manha ok. Enfim pelo preço eu diria que foi uma boa estadia mas nao voltaria novamente por conta dessa incerteza do estacionamento.

Péssima experiência. Precisei limpar a mesa do café e recolher os pratos, xícaras pra poder utilizar o espaço. Estacionamento fora do hotel e pago foi péssimo também, vc tem que caminhar até a outra rua, em um lugar extremamente perigo e pagar pra deixar a chave do seu carro com manobrista.
