This is a great place to stay in Cusco. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were so incredibly friendly, especially Fiorela at the front desk. Everybody was welcoming and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The airport shuttle is free and was incredibly easy to schedule. I was traveling solo and still was able to book the free shuttle - other hotels required at least a party of 3 for that amenity. Highly recommend staying at Ayni Cusco Hotel.

I arrived late and they addressed me by my name, I was so impressed felt like they were waiting for us. The room was immaculately clean. I was there for one night and was so pleased with the welcoming card in my room. We had a great selection of breakfast items in the morning and they provided a complimentary shuttle to the airport, another bonus. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff. Very helpful. They offer packaged breakfast in case you leave early for an activity. Nice and cosy hotel. Clean and new construction. Smiling staff ( reception, cleaning kitchen and driver) Nice deck. Nice and veried breakfast. Health options. I recommend Around 30 minutes walk from the center when you are tired it is intense to walk up the hill.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. The kichen staff was also very good, specially Rossy who always made sure we got the best food

Excellent service. 3-year old facility, looks brand new, squeaky clean. Location is uphill and away from restaurants, shops, central sightseeing, so we relaxed and ate in the hotel restaurant that was surprisingly good; thanks to a previous reviewer who recommended the excellent pumpkin soup. Really nice facility, great value for the money.
