I had a wonderful stay at this hotel prior to the Inca Trail and on my return from the hike. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was able to store my luggage there during the hike at no charge. When I returned it was ready for me in my room. The buffet breakfast was very good and the women running the breakfast were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is also conviently located. I would return to this hotel.

The location of this property is perfect. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible dedication of the staff. They are so helpful and are there immediately for any need or request you may have. I felt like part of their family. They were so kind. I will be staying there again when I return to Cusco.

The staff at this hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. They even helped us with the language barrier by calling and talking to a tour organizer for us. We booked two rooms. One room on the second floor was great. Our other room on the first floor had a musty smell to it. We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. A short walk from the Plaza.
