Enorm Hilfsbereit! Zb mit Tour ins Urumbu Tal. Generell Super Personal! Lage nicht ganz im Zentrum aber taxi immer inert 5min vor Hotel. Grandiose Aussicht beim Frühstück! Kein Buffed, aber in Nebensaiocon halt wenig Gäste. Kleiderwaschservice sehr rasch aber eher teuer.

The rooms were very comfortable and large. The staff was wonderful and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The girl who runs the breakfasts did a wonderful job and if I go back to Cusco I will book at this location again.

I really feel like Hotels.com cheated on me on this booking. This hotel could never be evaluated as Spetacular 9.6, never. The hotel is just average, very badly located, but hotels.com sold me a spetacular 9.6 promise. Room is regular/ok with mistakes such as night redlight on roof, bothering light outside room, bathroom big but kind of old. Arquitecture is just regular. I really Fell like asking my money back.

Ayer deje el hotel y lo que puedo decir es que es muy bonito, limpio y acogedor, la comida del restaurante es buena, el desayuno es clásico pero tienen un pan muy rico... Está a 20 minutos caminando al centro (Plaza de las Armas). La atención en general super bien!!

Staff was very helpful and caring, they helped us get food late at night when we arrived since the kitchen was closed already and we checked in super late . I called them to let them know about our late Check in and they were super kind to let us know that wasn’t an issue at all . The hotel is close to the airport , the building is in good condition and the wifi worked great. Also the bathroom was very clean and neat. Only spent one night here but I recommend it 100% if you want a hotel close to the airport or are in a budget .

Wonderful Staff

The staff at Wayqey was absolutely wonderful, they answered all my questions and helped us coordinate taxis and a private car for a tour of the Sacred Valley. Breakfast was included in our stay and we were pleasantly surprised how elaborate the breakfast set up was. The room was comfortable, the only downside is it is a little bit out the center of things, but only a 5 sole/ 15 minute taxi ride away. We are so grateful to the incredible staff for helping us have such a memorable trip.

Friendly, Clean, Super Helpful great Hotel

Staff could not do enough for us. Helped with dealing with airline when our bag didn't arrive. Accomadated all our requests. Allowed us to leave luggage securely whist we disappeared to Machu Picchu and even gave us our origiinal room back on our return. Short pleasant walk into town/main squares of 20mins which was perfect for getting acclimatised and used to the higher height above sea level.. overall fantastic Hotel which I wouldn't hesitate in recommending and visiting again

Excellent place, nice and clean. Quiet and peaceful. 5 minutes away on taxi from Downtown Cusco. WiFi all the time. Hardly recommended to stay at Cusco. Great view from the restaurant on top of the bulding. Breakfast included.

Unique hotel away from busy center!

The staff were amazing!!! So helpful and pleasant. We stayed 3 days, loved the breakfast. The rooms are small but nice and functional. The shower was the best I had in Peru. The only downside is that the curtains don’t block out all the light but I would otherwise recommend!

The hotel is very clean, quiet but a far from the Plaza de Armas (we didn't care because we like to walk). We don't consider the neighborhood dangerous but is it wasn’t a nice one to walk.

Amazing Staff

The staff was wonderful, the room was huge and the breakfast was brought to our room in the morning. Staff helped us find our way around town and even went with us to the train station to make sure we made it okay and got a fair taxi rate. The room rates were more than fair.

Just Perfect

My stay was just perfect. Starting from the location. out enough to avoid the noisy city centre butt only a few minutes by taxi. Once i step in the hotel, the quality of service of the staff is superb, very helpful very good language skills from the receptionists.. The room is very spacious, natural light, and the bed is probably the most confortable i have ever have. My room had a view to the andes mountain which made my stay magic. They have an amazing sky room where breakfast is served, from there you have stunning view.. , breakfasts was very nutricious and with different varieties. Simply Amazing hotel, I highly recommend it.
