"elevator was broken, so no rooms with 2 beds on ground floor, had to take a room with one bed. no ice machine on the first floor?????had to ask a staff member to get it from the kitchen.She was very helpful though. not my best experience"

The room (325) had a very offensive smell of stale air (perhaps moldy or poor circulation even after turning on the fan) and we were uncomfortable the whole night with it. The bed had annoying squeaks when we shifted. We will be reporting this stay to the hotel manager. "
