"This place was so dirty and unkempt, it almost gave me anxiety just thinking of returning there after a day spent in ocean springs or what not. It was so gross, I bought cleaning products and cleaned it myself. It was left in much better state than when I first went there. Will never go back. Two nights of yuck."

"My stay was good but our room was never cleaned. We never got clean towels or our coffee restocked. We got charged for room review each day and don’t know what that was for."

"My stay was wonderful. The royal tower suite was perfect on the 12th floor. Very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back. 9.8 out of 10. N only thing missing in the room was a microwave."

"Rooms are in poor condition, bathtub want drain while in use. Some of the lights didn’t turn on. Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for water to get to a nice temperature. Old outdated furniture. Refrigerator freezing everything. Staff was nice, and breakfast get a 7. Check the bathtub in this room. I think it needs replacing. I paid over $400.00 dollars for this room was not worth my money.
